How do I know if my order was successful?

As soon as we have received your order, a written order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Generally, the order confirmation will be with you within a few minutes. If you haven’t received an order confirmation then please contact our customer support at sales@sportmarine.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once you finalized your order in our online store the order is immediately sent to our warehouse to be picked up. Due to our streamlined processes, it won’t be possible to reverse orders once it’s in the picking process. If you’d wish to return your order you can do so within 14 days after the delivery of your order.

Can I also buy or order the Yamaha parts and accessories offline?

You can also buy the items from your nearest Sport Marine store. If something is out of stock, depending on the item, the store will be happy to order it for you.

Can I pay my invoice by bank transfer?

This is not possible. We offer various online payment options including debit and credit cards and payment on delivery.
